Meet Our Team
At Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics, you can expect a team of caring, dedicated, and energetic staff. Our goal is treat you like family from the moment you walk into the office.
We believe in providing our patients with the highest quality staff possible. Through a combination of postgraduate courses, study-group involvement and reviews of the latest research, Dr. Blake and the staff maintain a cutting-edge approach to advances in orthodontics. Orthodontics is not part of what we do; it is all that we do.
“Hi my name is Melissa, and I couldn't be happier to be part of Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics! I became an orthodontic assistant in 2001 and moved on to management side of dental office about 6 years later. I truly LOVE both sides of the practice so don’t be surprised if you see me assisting from time to time! I hope that my knowledge and excitement about the field will help make the orthodontic experience enjoyable for our patients and their families. In my spare time, I like to bake and go hiking with my husband, Chad, and our dogs, Molly and Brady."
New Patient Treatment Coordinator
"Hi, I’m Leisa! I’m so happy to join the EBO team! I have had an extensive career in the dental field with twenty-five years in orthodontics alone! I love keeping up with the latest technology, techniques and practice efficiencies. My favorite part of being a New Patient Treatment Coordinator is meeting new families and making them feel comfortable and confident in their decision to pursue orthodontic treatment. My husband, Dave, and I are “empty-nesters”, with three adult daughters and four grandchildren. In my free time, I adore spending time with my grand-kids. I also have fun dreaming up home improvements and decorating ideas."
Observation Treatment Coordinator
"Hi, my name is Jen! I've been working in the orthodontic field for 15 years and am VERY happy to have joined the team at Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics! I love being a part of each patient's orthodontic journey and watching their smile transform. I enjoy the individual attention I can give to patients as well as building friendly and trusting relationships with them! You will never see me without a smile! When I'm not in the office I am either remodeling my house with my Fiance, planning my wedding or planning my next Disney Trip!"
"Hello! My name is Melanie. I am so happy to be a part of Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics. I have worked in the orthodontic field since 2010. I enjoy welcoming each family and seeing the patients get excited about their treatment. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters. They keep us very busy!"
"Hi my name is Jamie and I just love a great smile. I am so happy to be part of this team! Orthodontics gives me the chance to get to know my patients personally and see how I can make a difference in their lives. I truly love this field because I get to see so many children transform over the years into young adults. When I am out of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercising, baking, and I love being outdoors."

At this point, I can positively say that orthodontics is my passion! The greatest aspect of being in this field is being able to help transform a less than perfect bite into a smile that patients can be confident about."
